05CuPCrNi grade steel delivered to Malaysia

We have 05CUPCRNI grade steel new cooperation projects with NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation). Through tender, we got new order about oil tank plates for NNPC, and the tank plates will be used to build large oil tanks. This is not the first time we cooperated with NNPC, but it means much more to us than first time cooperation. It indicates our 05CUPCRNI grade steel tank plates quality has been well recognized by Nigeria market.

Even not come to inspect the steel materials before delievry, our quality control departemnt will also send inspection report to the customer. The Indonesia INKA is the only train carriage maker for railway industry in Indonesia. We cooperated with them since 2012 and supply them SPA-H steel. The SPA-H steel is used by them to fabricate train carriage. We have huge stocks for SPA-H steel and can arrange delivery for them in short time after receiving order. Meanwhile, our product 05CUPCRNI grade steel quality has passed their test for so many times use. Therefore, they trust us and give us repeat orders regularly. Tempering includes high temperature tempering, medium temperature tempering and low temperature tempering. Tempering means to reheat the 05CUPCRNI grade steel quenched steel to a certain temperature and then cool it in a certain way. Tempering can reduce or eliminate the internal stress produced by quenching, reduce the hardness and strength, and improve the ductility or toughness of steel. After 05CUPCRNI grade steel quenching, the workpiece should be tempered in time, and the required mechanical properties can be obtained through the combination of quenching and tempering.

Q345B material is a low carbon alloy steel grade with good overall performance, low temperature performance, cold stamping performance, welding performance and machinability. Q345 serues steel is widely used in bridges, vehicles, ships, buildings, pressure vessels. Q represents the yield of this material, and the number 345 refers to the yield value of this material, which is around 345MPa. As the thickness of the material increases, its yield value decreases.
