For this purpose, the boron content is generally regulated in the range of 0.001% - 0.005%. It can replace 1.6% nickel, 0.3% chromium or 0.2% molybdenum. It should be noted that molybdenum can prevent or reduce temper brittleness, while boron slightly promotes temper brittleness, so molybdenum can not be completely replaced by boron.
GB standard wear resistant steel plates parameters: The standard for Chinese wear plates is GB/T 24186, which includes NM400, NM450, NM500, NM550, NM600 etc. steel grades. According to the standard, the NM400 plate thickness is no more than 80mm, and hardness is 370-430HBW. 09CuPTiRE-B steel grade, NM450 plate thickness is no more than 80mm, and hardness is 420-480HBW. NM500 plate thickness is no more than 70mm, and hardness is 470HBW min. And NM600 plate thickness is no more than 60mm, and hardness is 570HBW min.
