100 tons 09CuPCrNi-B equivalent grades delivered to Thailand

Plates, 09CUPCRNI-B equivalent grades tubes, wires, belts, and profiles have a certain scale, including magnetic, elastic, expanded, bimetal and other precision alloy materials for national defense and electronics industries. In 1982, these plants produced 364,000 tons of 09CUPCRNI-B equivalent grades steel and 542,000 tons of steel.

This is a regular demand almost every two month, and we has been cooperated more than three times, totally around 2100 tons API 5L Gr.B steel pipeline since 2015 year. We can supply the relative certificated for the API 5L Gr.B ERW pipes products like SGS report, B/L &Form M, and mill test certificate.

Blast furnace ironmaking is a traditional ironmaking method based on coke energy. It cooperates with converter steelmaking and is the main method of producing 09CUPCRNI-B equivalent grades steel at present. This dominance of blast furnace ironmaking is not expected to change for quite a long time. The essence of blast furnace ironmaking is the reduction of iron. Besides, coke is used as fuel and reducing agent. At high temperatures, iron ore or iron-containing raw materials are reduced from an oxide or mineral state to liquid pig iron.

Q235 steel grades cover Q235A, Q235B, Q235C and Q235D. Other than Q235A, the other three Q235 steel grades needs impact test. Charpy V-notch specimen is used for impact toughness test. The impact toughness index is Akv. Q235 steel plates are widely used because of its moderate carbon content, good comprehensive performance, good coordination of strength, plasticity and welding performance.
