The rolling process of 09CuPCrNi-B grade steel

In the second step of hot rolling process, different finished mills are used to roll billets or continuous casting billets into finished steel of proper shape and size. This 09CUPCRNI-B grade steel production process is called finished product production, which is generally divided into two stages of rough rolling and finish rolling. In the roughing stage, a large amount of reduction (reduction per pass) is adopted to reduce the number of passes and improve the output; after roughing, the finishing stage is entered, and the finishing is carried out with a small amount of reduction to achieve a good surface and accurate 09CUPCRNI-B grade steel size.

Low-alloy steel plates have low carbon content, and because ferrosilicon is not used for deoxidation, the silicon content in steel is often <0.07%. The outer layer of rimmed steel is crystallized in a rimmed state, so the surface layer is pure and dense, the surface quality is good, and the Zhengzhou low alloy steel plate 09CUPCRNI-B grade steel has good processing performance. Rimmed steel does not have large concentrated shrinkage cavities, uses less deoxidizer, and the cost of steel is low.
