The 05CUPCRNI steel coil 2250 mm wide coil mill has advantages such as adapting to difficult-to-deform steel grades. The Iron and Steel Hot Rolling Leveler project designed and supplied by MCC South is equipped with the latest straightening and leveling process (LTP technology) developed by MCC South. The 05CUPCRNI steel coil performance stability, cost and various consumption indicators have reached the international advanced level.
The strengthening mechanisms in metals mainly include solid solution strengthening, dislocation strengthening, fine grain strengthening, and second phase (precipitation and dispersion) strengthening. Alloying elements have the most significant strengthening effect on steel in the quenched and tempered state, because it makes full use of all four strengthening mechanisms. Martensite is formed during quenching, and carbides are precipitated during tempering, resulting in a strong second phase strengthening and greatly improving toughness. Therefore, obtaining martensite and tempering it is the most economical and effective comprehensive strengthening method for 05CUPCRNI steel coil.
Tata Steel Europe plans to cut 1250 jobs. Henrik Adam, CEO of Tata Steel, said: "the financial situation of Tata Steel Europe is very serious at present, and there is an urgent need to improve the company's performance and financial situation." Tata Steel has decided 05CUPCRNI steel coil in November 2019 to cut 3000 jobs in its European operations to reduce costs. After a period of negotiations with the European labour Commission, the layoff plan cut that number by more than half, minimizing unemployment. Tata Steel has about 20000 employees in Europe.
