09CuPCrNi-A steel TBT material, A588 GrB steel has high atmospheric corrosion resistance by alloying with Cu, P, Cr and Ni to form a protective layer on the surface of metal matrix. A588 GrB steel is widely used in various weather resistant building structural parts (especially in industrial atmospheric environment), bridge auxiliary structural parts and so on. Chemical composition of A588 GrB steel: C: ≤ 0.20, Si: 0.15-0.50, Mn: 0.75-1.35, P: 0.040, S: 0.050, Cr: 0.40-0.7, V: 0.01-0.10, Ni: ≤ 0.50, Cu: 0.20-0.40.
Hydrogen (H) is the most harmful element in general steel such as 09CuPCrNi-A steel TBT material. Hydrogen dissolved in steel will cause hydrogen embrittlement, white spots and other defects. Hydrogen, like oxygen and nitrogen, has very little solubility in solid steel. It dissolves into liquid steel at high temperature, and accumulates in the structure without time to escape when cooling, forming high-pressure micro pores, which greatly reduce the plasticity, toughness and fatigue strength of steel, and even cause cracks and brittle fracture in severe cases. "Hydrogen embrittlement" mainly occurs in martensitic steel, but not very prominent in ferrite steel, and generally increases with hardness and carbon content.
In addition, according to customs statistics, from January to February, 7.81 million tons of 09CuPCrNi-A steel TBT material and so on steel were exported, 2.04 million tons of imported steel, and 6.01 million tons of net exported steel were converted into crude steel, a year-on-year decrease of 33.7%. According to the above data, the average daily supply of crude steel in China from January to February was 2478200 tons, down 5.09% from December of last year, up 3.70% year on year. Compared with the situation of delayed demand, steel production keeps growing, and the market presents a situation of supply exceeding demand.
