What tests need to go through in the 09CuPTiRE-B steel structure production process

We participated the National Railway tender of Bangladesh with our local agent together, and won the 1000 tons corten steel sheets order. The corten steel sheets are used to make train carriage. We finished production of the 1000 tons corten steel 09CuPTiRE-B steel structure sheets within 40 days, and arranged SGS test for the customer before shipment. The customer gave very high comments to our product and service quality, as well as fast delivery.

Considering the large workload of allocation and transportion for our steel materials, we have built special shipping department, and make it independent form transportation department. The transportation department is in charge of transporting steel materials from our mill and warehouse to the port, and our shipping department is in charge of the shipping matters. So that our whole shipping efficiency is improved, and shorten time for customers to receive goods.

The effect of nitrogen on steel performance is similar to that of carbon and phosphorus. With the increase of 09CuPTiRE-B steel structure nitrogen content, the strength of steel can be improved, plasticity especially toughness can be significantly reduced, weldability becomes worse, and cold brittleness is intensified. Nitrogen with aluminum, niobium, vanadium and other elements can reduce its adverse effects, improve the performance of 09CuPTiRE-B steel structure steel, can be used as an alloying element of low alloy steel.
